Julie Jacobson, CEO and Co-Founder A lifelong globetrotter, Julie Jacobson was born in England, raised in New Zealand and has traveled extensively ever since. In the 1980s and 1990s, she visited 21 countries and lived in six others. In her early career days, Julie specialized in retail and commercial real estate in New Zealand, London and Hong Kong. In 1990, she began working for Lee Davis Ayer in Hong Kong as a copywriter. She was quickly promoted, and by 1995, she founded her own award-winning advertising agency, Fat Free Advertising Ltd. Her strong advertising and marketing background was characterized by senior-level strategy development, presentation and campaign implementation for client brands such as CNN (Turner International), Warner Music (Far East), Fosters Beer, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Hong Kong Trade Development Council. In 2002, she published Helpers Helper, a step-by-step, illustrated guide for housekeepers in Hong Kong. She founded DD24-7 in 2007 with Aaron Ray. She lives with her daughter Jessica, her partner Aaron and their two dogs in Scottsdale. |
